By making a payment through the Lohitha Digitals app, you agree to the following terms:
All payments made via the app are for web development, software solutions, or other professional services offered by Lohitha Digitals. Please ensure you understand the scope of the service before making a payment.
All prices are quoted in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. Lohitha Digitals reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, the price you agreed to at the time of payment will remain valid for that transaction.
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods provided within the app. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partners.
Upon successful payment, a confirmation message or invoice will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
Payments made are non-refundable, except in cases where services cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to Lohitha Digitals. Refund requests must be raised in writing within 7 days of payment. No refunds will be provided for change of mind or unused services.
Service timelines and deliverables will be clearly communicated post-payment. Delays caused by client inaction (e.g., not providing necessary inputs) will not be considered a breach by Lohitha Digitals.
Any disputes related to payments or services will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.
Lohitha Digitals reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our app and services post any updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
